I was looking for the realtor who was very well known with his/her specialty. I saw the advertisement saying that Angie Kim is one of the best realtor in Orange County areas including Cerritos, La Palma, Cypress, Los Alamitos, Buena Park, Fullerton and so on. As soon as I started working with her, I thought and convinced that my choice was right. She tried to give me every single comment to sell my house with maximum profit. For example, she introduced me a skillful handy-man to fix everything first. And then, she recomemded me to hire very good decorator for staging. She also brought a photographer to take pictures, which seemed very dandy and great. After everything was ready, she opened the open-house. The responses were extremely hot and some of buyers were tried to see my house pretty much earlier than the day of the open-house. Of course, I got several offers at the same time and I had very happy experience because I had control to make choice who is gonna be the next home owner with best offer. Anyway, I sold my house and I am pretty much satisfied with her. Her communication was very good and adequate enough. Her negociation skill was very brilliant. Her expectation was very sharp enough. She will never miss anything. That is why I spend my time to write the comment for her(because this is my time for her) Contact to her and get help. She works very fast, smart, and acurate. She really works as if she is one of my team member. Thanks Angie.
