* Part-Time Receptionist (HQ)
- No prior experience required but preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skill
- Must speak fluent in English & Korean


* Mortgage Loan Processing Assistant (HQ)
- No prior experience required but preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication and customer relations skills


* Mortgage Loan Junior Underwriter (HQ)
- Minimum 3 years of processing/underwriting experience required
- College degree preferred or work equivalent
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to assess an individual's creditworthiness while adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements


* Commercial Loan Officer (Orange County)
- Minimum 3-5 years of commercial loan experience
- BA/BS Degree in Business or Finance
- Underwriting of credit memo
- Financial Analysis of new and existing loans
- Monitoring and evaluating credit to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Detail orientated
- Bilingual in English & Korean


* Purchasing / Facilities Specialist (HQ):
- No prior experience required but preferred
- Bilingual in English & Korean
- BS degree preferred but not required
- Intermediate computer skills
