We are looking for a bookkeeping and administrative assistant to support PureLink’s clerical needs, as well as the day to day operations of the office. This position is currently part-time with a standard 4 to 5 hour daily shift between 9 AM and 5 PM.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Accounts Receivable: invoicing and collections on overdue accounts

· Accounts Payable: processing and payment of vendor invoices

· Process bank deposits and monthly bank reconciliations

· Manage payroll

· General office support: prepare weekly meeting reports, maintain vendor and client files, order supplies, perform research as necessary)

Qualifications:

· Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field

· 1-2 Years of bookkeeping experience

· Comfortable with QuickBooks accounting software

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
