We are looking for a future FCD team member who is friendly, energetic, and competent! A respective member would be responsible for smooth operation of the front desk by managing patient flow and providing office support.
Duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Answer patients inquiries via phone calls, emails, and texts
Schedule patients with follow-ups
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Collect patient co-pays
Prepare and present treatment plans
Experience preferred:
Dental front office experience
Dentrix software
Customer service experience
Cross trained dental assistant/receptionist with dental terminology experience is a great plus!
