Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your role will span both administrative and customer-facing tasks, and it requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to renewable energy.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to Energy Planner, billing, and maintenance.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and in accordance with company policies.
- Sales Assistance: Assist potential customers in understanding the benefits of Energy Planner and guide them through the purchasing process. This may include providing quotes, explaining financing options, and arranging consultations.
- Billing and Payment Support: Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment processing, and resolving any financial issues related to their accounts.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and other relevant information in the company's database.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification in solar energy or customer service is a plus).
- Ability to speak conversational Korean preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for scheduling and record-keeping.
- A positive attitude and a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
Note:
- Salary will be discussed at the interview.
- Training on Energy Planner will be provided before commencement.
- There is a three-month probationary period, after that, it will be converted to regular employment based on mutual agreement.
