ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

FLEX is seeking dynamic and customer driven individuals to service its diverse client base, and drive and support center enrollments. Responsibilities will include interacting with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services; building formal and informal relationships with customers and internal team members; and maintaining customer records efficiently and effectively. Training is provided.

Required:
● Excellent organizational and people skills with an ability to openly convey information to clients in a timely, concise manner
● Ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines
● Capacity to work independently without close supervision
● Must be detail-­oriented, punctual, and friendly
● Fluency in spoken Korean or Mandarin Highly Desired:
● Previous customer service/office management experience
● Familiarity with the college admissions process
