FLEX is seeking dynamic and customer driven individuals to service its diverse client base, and drive and support center enrollments. Responsibilities will include interacting with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services; building formal and informal relationships with customers and internal team members; and maintaining customer records efficiently and effectively. Training is provided.
