Established commercial property management company is seeking an experienced Senior Office Administrator to run the front office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Receive mail and packages, sort and distribute.
• Manage calendars, reminders, meetings, appointments, reservations, and travel schedules.
• Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests.
• Screening calls from tenant, making calls regarding lease agreements and follow ups.
• Preparing letters and communications.
• Handle payroll, invoicing, payments, and other bookkeeping tasks.
• Review, track and prepare budgets maintain records and databases.
• Handles sensitive and extensive confidential information, overseeing the storage and disposal of records.
• Purchase and manage office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate space and office organization, and maintain office operations.
• Reports to Sr. Property Manager.
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience in administration, real estate/property management.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
• College education, preferably BA in Business.
• Working knowledge of Yardi and Quickbooks.
Required Skills
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Works.
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
• Effective written communications skills, including ability to prepare reports, policies, and correspondences.
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks and handle multiple priorities, and have the ability to perform exceptionally under high stress conditions.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
***This is a full-time hourly paid position with benefits, but will be expected to work 32-40 hours a week.
