My wife and I are moving out of our current APT in DC, and am looking to see if anyone wants to move in to our current place. I don't think the rental has hit the market yet, but the owner is looking to charge about $2700 a month. It is very close and walking distance to a lot of major things in DC. The landlord is amazing, and her main residency is in Italy, but she has a home warranty company to take care of the house and very quick to respond. Feel free to contact me for any additional info.
