코비나지역 방 렌트 합니다. 방이 두개 이구요, 방 하나씩 렌트 가능합니다. 
방마다 입구와 화장실이 따로 있습니다. 옆쪽에서 방으로 바로 들어 올수 되어있어서, 서로 마주칠일이 별로 없을겁니다. 
주위 환경은 안전한 이웃들과 차로 7분거리의 메트로링크, 프리웨이 10/210/605 와 가깝습니다. 그리고 바로 옆에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있습니다 (westcovina mall). 집에서 가까운 큰길은 빈센트와 샌버날디노 길입니다. 
가격은 작은 방이 달에 $545, 큰방이 $585 입니다. 유틸리티나, 인터넷 (wifi) 모두 포함되어 있고, 마루바닥에 냉장고, 옷장, 큰거울 있습니다. 주방은 다른 방 쓰시는 분과 함께 스셔야 합니다. 친구분이 같이 들어 오시면, 더 편하겠네요. 미니멈으로 3달이상 사신후에는, 언제든지 나가셔도 됩니다. 처음 들어오실때, 시큐리티 디파짓 $600 있습니다, 물론 나가실때 돌려드립니다. 저희는 담배, 술, 환각성분의 약 하는 분은 사양합니다. 가끔 친구가 자고 갈수도 있는것은 이해 합니다. 그리고, 저희가 기르는 개 두마리와 친하게 진해실수 있는 분이면 좋겠습니다. 밑에 이메일로 연락주시구요, 저희는 한국사람이 아니라서, 영어로만 가능합니다.

Two rooms for rent, each with private bath and private entrance. Hardwood floor with refrigerator , closet, and big mirror. Cooking stove is shared between two rooms. Enter from side gate of house then directly to your door. Good sense of privacy when you go in and out. 

Safe neighborhood.  7 min drive to MetroLink, to Gold Line, to freeway 10 / 210 / 605, and to shopping mall.  The nearest cross street is Vincent Ave & San Bermardino Rd. 

Rent is $545 per month for the smaller room and $585 for the larger room, utilities and wi-fi included.  Minimum stay 3 months and month-to-month thereafter. Refundable $600 security deposit upfront.  No smoking.  No alcoholic. No illegal drug. Overnight guests are allowed only by negotiation. Additional furniture available upon request. Must be comfortable with two friendly dogs.
