여름동안 풀옵션방에서 지내실분을 찾습니다. 저는 굉장한 마당이 있는 투룸집에서 살고 있습니다. 제 룸메인 Gretchen은 친근하고 재밌습니다. 그녀는 조경,등산,사진이 취미입니다. 제 방은 9ftx10.5ft입니다. 제 방에 full size 침대와 옷장, 책상도 있습니다. 옷장은 적당한 사이즈이고 안에는 서랍도 있습니다. 그리고 세탁기와 건조기는 이용가능합니다. 모든 주방용 품도 있고 주차하기도 쉽습니다. Wifi와 모든 비용은 달마다 800불이고 보등금은 500불입니다. 저는 긍정적이고 예의바른고 깨끗한 사람을 찾습니다. 물론 재밋고 친절한 사람도 입니다. 애완동물,흡연,마약은 안됩니다.
마켓는 걸어서 5분거리에 있고 번화가는 걸어서 15~20분거리에 있습니다. Whittier는 la county와 oc사이에 있고 downtown la와 anaheim에서 30분걸립니다.

I am looking for someone to stay in my fully furnished room over the summer. I live in a 2-bedroom house with a great front and backyard garden. My roommate, Gretchen, is easy to get along with and values sustainability. Her hobbies include gardening, hiking, and photography.
My “little nest” is 9ft x 10.5 ft. I would like to rent it with the full size memory foam bed, dresser, shelving, and desk. It also has a decent sized closet with another dresser inside. Washing machine (greywater) and drying racks available. Full use of kitchen. Easy street parking. $800/month includes wifi and utilities. $500 deposit.
I’m looking for someone who is positive, respectful of shared space and keeping shared and private spaces clean. Also someone who is fun-loving and eco-friendly!
No pets/smoking/drugs.
Credit check required.
Shopping plaza is 5 minutes walking distance from house (Ralphs, CVS, etc). Uptown Whittier is a 15-20 min walk. Whittier is a bridge between LA and Orange County. 30 mins from Downtown LA and Anaheim.
